One week "our team stinks, we'll likely be worst than last week".
This week "I've traded Rafer. Not because he had an attitude problem. No, Rafer really worked hard on it".
Does this guy have any clue? He trashes his team publicly, Rose bitches about it (classic line by the way) and then we pat Rafer on the butt on the way out? How about "well he did try and quit midway through the season because he took a sucky attach AND we pay him quite a bit, so we thought we could IMPROVE our team by bringing in Mike James AND save cash".
